Due to the unfortunate prevalence of scams and fraud, I have implemented the following measures to protect both myself and genuine customers. These should not affect any legitimate buyer and are in place purely for security.

 

Contact Methods:

I will not use WhatsApp or any third-party messaging services. You can reach me via:

 

• Email

• The contact form on this website 

• The webchat on this website

 

Both the webform and webchat notify my phone directly. I respond to messages between 9:00am and 5:00pm (GMT) Monday - Sunday.

 

Payments:

All payments for commissions are processed and verified through PayPal or bank transfer. If using PayPal, the payment must be made exclusively through my official PayPal link, which is available on my Linktree.

 

I do not engage with unsolicited emails claiming to be from PayPal, the bank, or any other platform. All communications are verified directly with the organisation before I respond. Any fraudulent activity is reported to the relevant authorities immediately.

For safety, I do not open any links that are sent to me.

 

NFT Purchases:

My NFTs are only listed on OpenSea.

If you would like to purchase a specific artwork as an NFT, you may request it - I will mint and list it myself at the agreed price. I do not mint artwork on external platforms, nor will I follow links or instructions directing me to external platforms.

 

Shipping Artwork: 

I only dispatch artwork after the payment has fully cleared. All artwork is shipped via a reputable courier and will be tracked and insured. Your signature and a photo of the delivered artwork will be required by the courier upon receipt.

Returns:

I do not accept returns unless the artwork is damaged when it is recieved. If your artwork arrives damaged, you must provide a clear photo of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. You must then return the artwork (in the same condition as shown in the photo) within 7 days. Once I recieve the return, I will either repair the artwork or process a refund depending on the situation. Returns for reasons other than damage are not accepted. I reccomend you check your artwork carefully upon delivery to report any issues promptly. Thankyou for your understanding and for supporting my work.
