I am an artist from Cornwall, but I am now based in Wales. I have taken a few years out, but I am now making a comeback.
I have always been passionate about art. From an early age, I noticed I was blessed with an amazing gift to be able to paint and draw. I have been painting regularly since secondary school and I have been a professional artist for about 20 years. My uncle (who was a talented artist himself) and my art teachers identified my talent and encouraged me to keep creating.
I specialise in oil paintings, fine art and nude renaissance style artwork. I work with life models of all shapes and sizes, helping them find confidence in their bodies. Although my art can be seen as controversial, I am on a mission to empower and inspire people.
I suffer with dyslexia, but I manage it quite well. I also have Asperger's syndrome, which is a form of autism. My Asperger's helps me to approach art with a unique persepective - it gives me creative versatility, the ability to explore and adapt to different styles with ease.
When I met my muse, it was a turning point in my life. I was first drawn to her for her striking red hair, but something in our connection ran deeper than the artwork that brought us together. Our story isn't woven into every piece of my art, but it marks the beginning of a new chapter in my life and work. I have sold my paintings worldwide and to many different collectors. I have been contacted by galleries both in the UK and abroad about my artwork. You can see a selection of my artwork under the gallery tab on this website.
